We offer a free Click & Collect service that allows you to pick up your order that very same day. The perfect solution if you’re need of raw dog food in hurry and very convenient for users of Doggy Day Care Cornwall.

Ordering your raw dog food with click and collect is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3. Select your dog’s favourite raw food meals, chunks, bones and minces and add them to your basket. Once you’re in the checkout select the ‘click and collect’ option for delivery and pay as normal.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to collect we will an email you to let you know it’s ready. Click & Collect orders that are made within the cut off time will be processed and ready to pick up that very same day. Orders take approximately two hours to process. Orders made after the cut off time will be ready for collection from the following day. The cut off times for same day collection on orders placed between Monday-Friday is 3pm, for orders placed on the weekend the cut off time is 1pm. Orders will be help for 3 working days once they are ready.

Collection Point
The collection point is at the Raw Dog Food Cornwall HQ in Saint Erth, just off the A30. You can find detailed directions below. Once you’ve arrived at the collection point please call 07803 281908 and quote your order number. A member of our team will bring your order to you.

Directions to Raw Dog Food Cornwall Collection Point

• From the A30 Penzance / St Ives roundabout take the turning to Hayle, follow the brown signs to Nature Reserve and Coast to Coast Go Carting.
• Before the first bridge you will go past the RSPB Nature Reserve on your right, then Coast to Coast Go Carts, following around the bend you will go under the A30 bridge.
• Once under the bridge, Raw Dog Food Cornwall is the fifth turning on your left, just past the white boulders on the grass verge. Please slow to turn into the car park, which will be sign posted from both directions.
